Meredith Place is a beachfront property situated a short walk to the Wallaroo shops and approximately 50 metres to white sandy beach. This property is ideal for two families with the convenience of a beachfront location at a great price.
The property features four bedrooms with two bunks plus singles, double and a queen. The bunk beds are designed for children, not suitable for adults. Pillows and quilts provided; bring your own linen and towels. Optional linen hire available through Country Getaways office.
Features include reverse-cycle air-conditioning and four portable fans, two bathrooms - one with separate toilet and bath, indoor/outdoor seating and plenty of off street parking with room for boat.
