INFORMATION ABOUT WIRRIMBIRRA SANCTUARY

Wirrimbirra is a property of the National Trust of Australia (NSW). Established in the sixties by Thistle Harris, and managed as a flora and fauna sanctuary, Wirrimbirra is a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers. Walk-through native animal enclosure, native plant nursery, gift shop, picnic tables and budget cabin accommodation.

HOW TO GET TO WIRRIMBIRRA SANCTUARY
Wirrimbirra Sanctuary is on the main road (Remembrance Drive) between Tahmoor and Bargo, and about 6-7 minutes off the Hume highway between Sydney and Canberra
